Custom Bracelet:

  • Deposit of 25% is required for any custom order and are non refundable
  • Order will not be started without deposit being paid
  • Custom pieces start at $35
  • Bulk orders prices are available upon request with a minimum of 25 pieces
  • If item is damaged or incomplete please contact within 24 hours to do exchange
  • Pictures will be sent during creation of custom orders
  • Stone types will be agreed upon before I purchase 
  • Any additional stones added after creation will have an additional charge

Virtual Sound Healing Booking policy:

1. Booking Requirements

  • All virtual sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session.
  • You will receive a Zoom or Google Meet link 24 hours prior to your session.

2. Session Duration & Format

  • Standard session: 30 minutes
  • Each session includes:
    • A brief intention-setting moment
    • Sound bowl healing experience
    • Closing reflection
  • Optional: Add release writing prompts (by request

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • You may reschedule once with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
  • Cancellations are non-refundable.

4. Technology & Environment

  • Sessions are hosted via Zoom or Google Meet. Ensure your camera and audio are working.
  • Please log in 5 minutes early to settle in and test your setup.
  • Find a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed. Headphones are recommended for the best experience.

5. Wellness & Safety

  • Sound healing is a supportive, holistic modality and not a substitute for medical care.
  • By booking, you acknowledge and accept personal responsibility for your well-being during the session.

6. Late Arrivals

  • Sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time.
  • If you are more than 10 minutes late, the session will be considered a no-show and no refund or reschedule will be provided.
