Private: Write & Burn Bonfire Experiences

✨ Private Group Write & Release Experience Policy ✨

The Private Group Write & Release Experience is a sacred, healing-centered session designed for connection, emotional release, and renewal through guided journaling, energy work, and mindfulness practices. Perfect for intimate gatherings, sister circles, or team wellness events.

🌿 Session Details:

• Hosted in the client’s home or private venue
• Minimum of 10 participants required
• Starting rate: $150 per hour (does not include food or refreshments)
• $75 add on if The Libra Alchemy provides the event space
• Includes all writing materials, setup, and guided experience
• Option of doing a water release instead of fire if event space doesn’t allow fire 

📜 Booking & Policy:

• A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.
• The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to your scheduled event.
• If cancellation occurs within 72 hours of your event, payment is non-refundable, but one reschedule may be arranged within 30 days (based on availability).
• The host must ensure a quiet, comfortable, and smoke-free environment for the session.
• Travel fees may apply for locations outside the Columbus, OH area.
• Food, beverages, and additional decor are not included
